Unresolved R600 Expense Affecting Credit Score

After months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue, I’ve had no choice but to escalate it to the ombudsman.

An unexplained R600 has consistently appeared under my "monthly expenses" tab, and despite repeated inquiries, no one at FNB has been able, or willing, to clarify or resolve it. I’ve received no assistance via the app, over the phone, or in-branch. The teller simply advised me to send an email to Experian.

It’s especially concerning that this amount is reportedly affecting my credit score, yet no one can confirm what it represents.
