Unresolved query, I'm very unhappy with the service that I'm getting.

I am very unhappy with the service that I am getting at the moment, there is no way a query that was logged in the beginning of September is still unresolved.

I have sent countless emails to *** and i no longer get a response, all i need is my refund.

Please do not tell me about the refund i received on the 19th of August cause that's is not the refund I'm referring to.

I need someone to tell me what is going on with the debit order reversal ref numbers below:***,***, ***

I have logged cases on care as well and all my cases have been closed with no feedback, please refer to these references numbers :***9995Q ***Q.

Hopefully i will be assisted this time.
