Unresolved query a month later
I switched to FNB a few months ago and can safely say I am very displeased. A debit order goes off my account every month without fail and they cannot explain this debit order. The past two months it was for an amount of R460 and this month it was R851. All it says is Absa card. I was told to call Absa who also told me they can't help me, my bank are thee people who can view this. I called FNB Premier banking again, who by the way put me on hold for 9 minutes due to high call volumes then they cut my call. This happened 3 times. Eventually the 4th time I spoke to someone who asked me to verify my details and she continued to talk to her colleagues while I was on hold. After I put in a complaint, someone called me and gave me a reference number and promised to get back to me and told they would be able to reverse the two debit orders as it was still within 40 days. Nobody has come back to me to say what the debit order is for and now the 40 days has lapsed.<br> This month once again I get the same debit order and tried to call the Premier banking and as usual, they were experiencing high call volumes. After holding 11 minutes I was once again cut off. I still haven't got any answers.
