Unresolved Frozen Account

This is a 2nd complaint of an unresolved complaint that I sent to Fnb and it seems the complaint fell on deaf ears.

This unacceptable!Today it's the 28th yet a complaint was submitted 23rd and no response up to date.The proof of payment was submitted and you also asked confirmation from the sender and he confirmed then why freeze my account???What more do you want?

I wonder would I bank with a bank you ignore all customer complaints.
