Unresolved ***** case with FNb. Fnb dose not protect its clients.

My money got ****** from my bank account. Apparently via atm ****. But I never lost my card. I reported the case to fnb months ago. Till now no feedback or even a refund. I am so disappointed and heart broken . I need that money.
