Unresolved financial issues and mistreatment by FNB

Not so long ago, I posted about my unfortunate situation with FNB. which had been going on for months and only after I posted here, I was then contacted by someone in management, saying they've just received my complaint and they are looking into it. I never heard from that person again, ever and I am still waiting for things to be completely resolved. It is really just sad when a person gets treated like this. I am still in a financially ****ty position because of them.
