Unresolved Ewallet issue

This is a continued review of the one written on 3 June. Though I appreciate fnb getting back to me via phone to resolve the issue, it stil remains unresolved. The feedback provided is insufficient at this time and more information is needed. The contact person did give me a number to contact her directly but I'm not able to get through at all...as if the number is can't receive calls. Sms has also been sent. Please contact me asap!
