Unresolved dispute
I am still waiting for feedback on a dispute that was logged on 02/05/ 2024 regarding a transaction that was cancelled but I have not been refunded. I have sent proof from the merchant confirming that the payment could not be authorised. The transaction is no longer reflecting on my bank statement/ transaction history. A lady contacted me today saying the funds were refunded back into my account but they can’t tell me when this was done, what was the balance before and after the refund. Your service is pathetic, please can I get proper feedback with proof that my account was credited.

17 May 2024, 07:24I was promised a callback within 24-48 hours but no one has contacted me, so this is what you get for being a loyal customer of 15 years! When is this matter going to be resolved? When am I going to get my money back?
