Unresolved debit order issue

I am still struggling with the Standard bank debit order that i requested them to reverse and stop cause I already paid it, it was around March when i made the request asking them to block that debit order but to my surprise i am still debited and i cant even reverse nor stop it from my side it is demoralizing cause now FNB is charging me banking fees which is not fair for me cause it was suppose to be sorted way back.

Last month i complained about the issue and thought it was resolved but to my surprise the issue is not resolved i am charged a banking fee of R225. I am failing to understand why it is taking FNB too long to resolve my issue i am being charged unfairly and the debit order going our of my account as well.
