Unresolved complaints

I am really dissapointed with FNB loans and complaints department , everytime you speak to someone and give them a chance to resolve an issue they totally fail , they do not get back to you or the is no progress at all

i am still waiting for feedback as what process was followed before account was handed over and what is the way forward
