Unresolved complaint with FNB

Made a complaint the 25th may for 3 debits taken from my account by FNB. The matter could not be resolved that day however the complaints consultant promised to call me the following day. It is the 28th and still no call back. Every month I'm having to make a complaint and they keep promising to cancel these debits and they don't. I am seeking assistance from the ombudsman with this matter.
