Unresolved complaint - three months later

an issue was logged on this forum and via your own channels THREE MONTHS ago and is still unresolved.

Every month - that's THREE months in a row now, a transaction appears on my account - EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT for an amount of R2400. I do not have a debit order for this amount, and FNB Card denies issuing this instruction. I have definitely not authorised this transaction. I see many complaints of this exact nature on hellopeter. I now need to know why this is still happening if you have had an awareness of this practice since early 2017. I also want to know who tried to deduct this money, and why and want any associated fees reversed immediately and the assurance that this will not happen again having had the issues THREE TIMES NOW!

After the first failed attempt, Xolisile Sello from FNB investigated the original transaction and told me that the debit order instruction had come from FNB Credit Card. The call was then transferred to Portia Nkopane from FNB Credit card who checked on her side and told me that FNB Credit card did NOT submit a debit order request on my account as I do not owe this amount to them.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS TRANSACTION! A formal account was logged with FNB in OCTOBER and I have heard NOTHING from either FNB or FNB Credit card and the issue remains.
