Unresolved complaint.

I am unhappy with the outcome. You closed and canceled the current account and the overdraft facility but not the credit card.

You did not settle my credit card when I requested you to and now the interest and fees have put it in a debit balance.

Please cancel my credit card. It's really difficult to get a hold of you guys because I live in the UK. You can contact me via email.
