Unresolved Complaint

I have logged the complaint, the legal department was apparently calling me back and I have heard nothing!

This was two weeks ago. Someone called me and advised that they are referring my complaint to the legal department which was going to call me back 2 weeks ago within 48 hours

Your Complaint *** has been assigned to FNB Loans. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly.

I need someone to urgently call me back and deal with my open complaint
