Unresolved complain

I am disappointed and with a bank i haven't beena customer for 18 years and when i was in need of their help they completely ignored me with ***** case i logged with no success last year 2020 December a person called me said he was from the FNB bank and dedicated money out my account told me they are exchange ebucks i reported this and no one ever called me, i called only to be told that i gave details willingly and logged a complaint no one came back to me until today
