Unresolved ***** case!!!
I am soooo irritated with FNB and clearly all the rumours that have been going around of people loosing their money in their accounts and FNB NOT HELPING is true…I logged a ***** case on my account on the 8th and till today no one can help me they just keep sending me from pillar to post because “they don’t have access” you’ll hold the line for an hour for their rude consultants to tell you that oh no I can’t help you the person who can is so and so and then when you try contact so and so? NEVER AVAILABLE!! Like what the hell!!!!

What are your findings of this investigation?
Why must you only pay a portion of the amount take and the rest must still be reviewed?
It’s easy for money to go missing in someone’s bank account but paying it back? A mission! You guys are ********s honestly
