Unresolved ***** case

The ***** department is unable to resolve my ***** case. My virtual card on my dedit account was hacked, and even after a month no one has contacted me, you cant get hold of the department, the chat line is a complete waste of time, trying to phone them even more. Complaining on this portal doesn't help. Maybe the next step would be to close my account completely and move to a new bank.
