Unresolved ***** case

On the 29th of April 2023 I opened a ***** case. I was I assigned an investigator, whom I tried to get in contact with for two months without any success. When I finally got the name of the investigator , the individual had closed my case without informing me of and when I asked for the specifics the investigator claimed to have tried to get in contact with me and seeing that closed my case. My case was reopened and till this day 2nd of October 2023 my case remains unresolved and I remain unrefunded .I have sent numerous emails to the investigator without a response. This case has taken a lot from me including my mental health.
