Unresolved ATM dispute

On the 13th of June 2022, I withdrew money at an fnb atm. The atm dispensed less money than what I requested for, however it deducted the requested amount and not the dispensed amount. I sent a dispute form on the 14th of June and to date I haven’t had a response. The email stated that I will receive a response within 5 business days. I’m still waiting and out of pocket.
