Unrequested "gap" month on debits, double deductions and deductions of other people's insurances on my accounts

I have been trying for the past 3 days to get satisfaction out of FNB. Firstly FNB decided that I don't need to pay my personal loan in January. I didn't request a gap month. I want the added interest to be credited back to me and the amount deducted from my account as it is supposed to.

Secondly I have paid for someone else's debt cover on their credit card and my debt cover has not been deducted from my account so I have been informed that FNB will do a double deduction from my account at the end of January. NO!!! Credit my account with the wrong deduction and then take my deduction as it is supposed to have happened.

I have been going around in circles here. What is the point of having private bankers if I can't get any satisfaction whatsoever on issues caused by FNB.

What is going to be done about my issues and how am I going to be repaid for my inconvenience??
