Unreliable trading platform

Since opening a share investing trading account with FNB, I have experienced multiple technical issues that has only caused me endless frustration. Their online system sporadically quotes incorrect trading prices for stocks on more than one occasion (for stock on my watchlist this results in lost money!) and I even had to get a trade reversed as a result of such a buy based on an incorrect quote. The final straw is that a trade meant to be executed as a sell order was instead executed as a buy, despite having received a SELL order confirmation via SMS and none for a BUY. I reported this on 11 May already, yet the issue remains unresolved to date. Despite requesting the issue to be escalated, I have had no joy, which all makes for a very poor customer experience. I would not recommend this trading platform to any private individual.
