Unreliable service providers who dissapointed me!

When i went to the bank teller at fnb branch based in hammersdale mall area, i wanted to open a business and personal account on a saturday morning, and the lady at the bank said that i cant open any of these accounts unless i have an operating business or salary coming in monthly, she also went on to tell me that even if i could open an account, i wouldnt do so on a saturday, id have to come back on a weekday since Saturdays are full! Bare in mind that i had been given this money to open these accounts hence its of emergency... Now my question is that why would a bank chase away a potential client? A client that would open 2 different accounts... Please assist me as i am in such rage and anger! I am disappointed at this event that took place.
