unreliable poor service

<p>I requested a limit change on my credit card and was told it will be effective within 48hours pending submission of outstanding documentation which I did (call Ref: SI ********** 812332</p> <p>when I made a follow up about 44 hours later I was now told it actually takes up to 7 days (Call Ref: RD ********** 7826). i explained the urgency of the need to change on my first call and my fears were allayed that as long as I submitt anything required I will get my change within 48hrs.</p> <p>this is to a bank that promises very efficient and quick service and have always believed it and now I'm suffering what could be the worst inconvinience to me because of the false expectations created on my first call.</p> <p> </p>
