unreliable online banking

Firstly the online banking app is unreliable, temperamental and just plain useless at the end of the day. The fnb customer complaint site just refuses to log complaints, in fact I'm still waiting. The app takes you back to start page every time I try to login. I switched from absa to fnb because of simular issues. I'm starting to realise that i've made a mistake of going from horrible to even worse. A error I'd be glad to correct. <br> only a bank can take all your salary and then still charge you for bad service.
