Unreliable online app

Get your banking app in order please. Entered credentials correctly, app said I correct. Tried resetting password on pc and approval sent to phone. I approved but this didn't register on pc. Tried process again on phone app, said sent OTP to cell. Not received. Cant access profile for urgent banking now.
