Unreliable FNB Deposit machines

I went to FNB ATM in Clearwater Mall on 30 October 2021 and wanted to deposit money into my account. The ATM machine held my money, as it was late in the afternoon and the branch was closed I called their support and they told me I should come back to the bank the following day and gave me reference number: Rn***.

The following day, I went in to the Clearwater branch and told to complete up the form, I did. And was I told that they will call me on Tuesday the 2 November and since nobody called me. On 10 November , I went again and they said someone will call me, nobody has called me it's 15 November 2021.

FNB I want my money...............
