Unreliable bank

I would never in my life recommend FNB as they are not helpful at all, I closed my credit card with them in June 2021 and in November 2021 they activated the card and reflected me as if I defaulted payments while the account is closed and now this nonsense is ruining my credit record and FNB don’t want to help me clear their own mistakes 😡
