Here is the Process when you apply for a product with FNB:
Apply online or via App
FNB send you a quotation
Accept the quote
FNB then send a debit check Mandate
You accept the Mandate.
You wait
They do not say a word
you wait
No communication no money
You reapply
same thing again, Quotation, Mandate, Silence
Then you call to follow up
You hold
Then boom...... your application declined due to Multiple application.
FNB, Please review your processes, You are confusion us and Mashonisa are doing a better job than you out there.

You need to know that the time of application is when an applicant needs the money, if you drag to assist then what use is FNB
All thanks to Nedbank that realized that i needed help and they stepped in when i needed them most.

Why bank with the bank that does not avail itself when needed? I am paying ,mountain of charges and you look away when i need help?
Have you had enough customers? I will be considering to move my products to a bank that is willing to assist and work for me.
This is not the first time i come across such service with FNB but our relationship is not really working for me. ofcause it does work for you considering how much you collect from me every month without fail
