Unreliable

My wife have an investment account with fnb now when it is time to release the money from that account it's a mile stone she is taken from pilar to post, it has been four months if not more since she requested the money and she did everything she was asked to do even today no money in her account and what frastraight more is that money was planned for something that cannot wait for FNB to pay the money at their own time . Maybe the t problem is the skin colour because I strongly believe that if it was a white business man looking for his money, that couldn't be a problem at all
