Unrelenting chains that can't let go

The chains that just can't be unshackled is FNB (First National Bank) , I'm not going to beat around the bush with this one. As a previous regretful client that's left the insinuation FNB still hold onto to this account like it's a master slave relationship the more I try to pull away the grip gets tighter. This not my first time complaining on this forum with regards to this account that just can't seem to be closed it went from them saying the smart device should be paid off - I did that then the account remained open , I contacted the so called team of bankers linked to my account to block the account from the debits that the Lord alone knows why still goes off on account. I was told contact the ***** department and as per usual I'm transferred from pillar to post. I got a really bad taste in my mouth and it's called FNB I still got the credit card which I plan on settling asap that will properly still keep my hostage to , I'm at wits end and has no more solution with the institution but will never recommend them to anyone that's for sure
