Unrelated card linked to my account
By some strange mechanism my nephew's credit card is linked to my credit card. I have contacted FNB several times to correct this but without any positive result. I blocked the card but still the transactions go through. I even cancelled the card as per the advice from the helpful lady at the call centre, but I am still getting SANRAL transactions going through. When I check the card is not on my list but I am still getting transactions going through. How does this even work? How do I get this card off my account - I am not responsible for his payments and now have R1'000 worth of transactions that are not mine. It should only be my primary card and my wife's card that's on my account.

It's a week now and although I did receive an email that this was being attended to, I still haven't got a final answer on the outcome.
Is the card finally cancelled meaning that no more transactions will go through?
Can I do anything about the transactions that went through after I blocked the card and even after I cancelled it?
