Unrelated bank charges

Worst expierence with FNB. Bank charges on payments made on my behalf although funds is available in my account, query send - no response. 2 days later another 600 in bank charges with no transactions going thru on my account. still no response from FNB. Call centre cannot assist - does not know why this happened
