Unreasonable decline

Good day <br> <br> Me and my partner have are applying for a home loan and FNB whom we both have been banking with for several years declined our application yet other banks whom we don't accepted us. We are first time buyers and have a excellent credit score, please can you explain as to why we were declined by FNB but accepted by Standard and Absa. I hope you can review and change your decision as I FNB is whom we bank with but if this is the case then I wont stay banking with a bank that wont even grant us a home loan when other banks we not with will.<br> <br> I look forward to your response. <br> <br> Kind regards <br> <br> Charlene Gomes <br> <br>
