Unreasonable bankcharges

<p>I have just opened an fnb account at Cresta Mall, the consultant who was assisting me told I will never be charged for withdrawals on my account. Last week an amount of R9000 was deposited into my account, I withdrew R2000 and R600 then my balance was R6129 that means I was charged close to R320. I went to the Cresta branch to enquire about the charges, no could explain why I was charged R320 for two transactions that I have made at the atm, I requested the account to be closed immediately they said they can't close it I have to come back tomorrow for the account to be closed. I'm so disgusted with the appalling service I have received from fnb.</p>
