Unreachable- no care in the world to respond to query

I am extremely dissatisfied with FNB, I logged a query with them on the 14/06/2024 and to date there is still no response. This morning I have been sent from pillar to post and still no resolution. There is absolutely no getting hold of FNB overdraft.
