Unreachable legal department, various numbers called! Placed on hold forever.

I have been trying for 2 WEEKS, calling around 3 times daily for atleast 15 minutes per call to get hold of anybody in their legal department! Does their legal department even exist. They can honestly not be that overwhelmed, problematic if indeed they are! Need to acquire a perscribed letter on an old Credit card account please. Haven't used the account in over 5 years, never knew any debt existed after my debt review, but still sits on my Transunion report! Reflects badly when I'm simply trying to apply for housing (rental) with agencies. NCA SEC 126b, just saying.
