Unreachable after you open an acc
Today is the 3rd time that I have attempted to reach out to FNB housing. The first time no one picked up, the second time I went to their website and filled in an online form so that they can call me back (this was over a week ago) Today I called and got an answer machine saying that the extension I was trying to reach was not available. I called again and was put on hold for 19mins. This is sickening because I have a home loan account with these people, I have picked up some discrepancies and wanted to get these ironed out, but FNB Housing (smart bond) does not seem keen on talking to its customers.

07 Jul 2020, 15:28I got a call from someone saying that they will get a subject matter expert to call me that day, I asked to be called the following day as I had back to back calls that day. I'm still waiting. The only positive that came out of this is that I got bank statement for the very first and last time... Can I get these monthly please? And can someone call me to discuss the discrepancies that I'm picking up? Tomorrow (07/07/2020 is not a good for me as I have back to back meetings, please give me on Thursday, 09/07/2020)
