unqualified staff members

good day<br> <br> i had a problem downloading fnb app on my bb 9780 smartfone which i downloaded previously and was working fine, i did a security wipe on my phone and most apps were lost inckuding fnb, i tried to download again and failed i contacted fnb banking app team and i received this response \<br> <br> Please take note that blackberry devices running on version 7 are no longer supported on the app as the version is not upgradable. The only blackberry devices supported are the ones running on version 10 i.e BBZ10
