Unprotected Bank

I found an ******* transaction on my account and logged a dispute, only for FNB (not contacting me to inform me) telling me that it my card and pin was used. I Have GPS tracking and was not at this location of purchase I even called the merchant and they also can not track my amount. Now it happend again on my credit card. How am I suppose to have a confidant relationship with my bank if they can not protect my money or refuse to pay back what was ****** or refuse to do proper investigation because they follow visa or master card rules. I want my money back!!!
