UNPROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

I took a temporary loan on 13/03/2020 which was paid but it was wrongfully updated with credit bereau in as result it's badly impacting my credit score on the report. I've tried to call the bank yesterday after holding for a looong time it was answered then the person on the other side decided to drop the call which I think it's unfair and unproffessional.

I tried to call again which also took a lot of time to get through and I was told to hold on as I was being transferred to the right place, which never happened until I decide to cut the call.

I've also tried even today for almost eleven minutes to no avail, this is so disappointing honestly.
