Unproffessional

I have been under debt review but stopped it recently as it was no help to me. I made payment arrangements with FNB for a lower installment and could not meet it as my husband lost his job leaving me to be the obly breadwinner in the house. FNB handed me over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys to make other payment arrangements. I am still in the process of negotiations as I gave them the amount that I could commit to paying every month. I still have not heard from them. Now FNB deducted an amount of R3570 from my account without informing me prior or getting my consent. I logged my complaint with their customer complaints division and they said the debt review centre will be in contact with me soon. FNB debt review centre still havent been in contact with me. And i have tried to call them numerous times only to be kept on hold. I really need my money paid back to me.
