Unprofessionalism

I need FNB to explain why my life cover amount keep on increasing yearly with a different percentage? From 403.86 to 413.56 😳😳😳😳 I don’t receive a reminder neither do I receive documents. I just see them debiting that’s very unprofessional.

I feel that I am paying too much for a cover of 1.15million to be honestly.
