Unprofessionalism

In january 2017 i switched my salary from an fnb savings to an fnb cheque account where i requested that all my debits also be switched.I also called law on call department to manually update the new banking details and process a debit order but the debit was no made. I called back in and spoke to a lady by the name of Parin and she promised that she processed the debit and shouod it not go through i shoild call her back and she would reinstate the policy should it lapse as it would be the second debit to not fall through. Still the debit did not go through in february,i called her back then she referred me to Mr Mzwandile Mashalaba her senior who reinstated the policy and claimed to have processed a new forced debit with double amount of premiums for the two unpaid months but till today the policy has lapsed again due to non-payment,no debit order was processed on my account. When i discuss it with Mr Mzwandile he says that i reversed the debit orders. The bank consultant e-mailed my statements to Mzwandile showing no debit orders processed and no reversal but still Mzwandile says their system shows that i reversed the debit orders and can not help me with anything. Now i do not have any legal insurance due to unprofesional staff at fnb insurance. Please help!!!
