Unprofessional staff

I just spoke to Rennell right now from FNB. So Ashmead on how she handled my issue. She asked me how can she assist me. I explain the situation, the next thing it was this annoying sounds of papers. Then the was dropped off. I'm so disappointed and disguisted by such a horrific behaviour.
