Unprofessional services -debit order charges

Such an unprofessional bank. I logged a complaint 4 days ago with regards to unpaid debit orders where R440 were deducted. I received a reference but up until today nothing has been sorted out. My account is in a minus and I wont pay any money into my cheque account until this nonsense is rectified. I'm so sick and tired of this nonsense of this bank month in and month out. Unprofessional fools.
