Unprofessional service of a consultant

How rude was a fnb consultant lady who phoned me today. The account is out of my hands and I said to her please do not worry me again and she started laughing like out of her stomach??????????? I was so shocked that I just put the phone down I would really like to know who she was. That is unprofessional. I had so much trouble with fnb lately.
