UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FNB DOESN'T WANT NEW CLIENTS
I have been struggling from 2009 and to getmy name cleared at fnb from dept counselling. I have sent through my clearance cert multiple times and still the people at credit still cant clear my name . I also omade an arrangement with fnb and payed off the whole agreed amount .' Still I have received finance on multiple vehicles from west bank , and dont understand how i will receive any credit if i am on dept counselling ... Again i wanted to move my business to fnb with 40 of workers , and the reply from manager was very unprofessional saying i should sort this out my self(my dept counselling situation) .

Thank you for getting back to me .
I have received the mail stating that you removed me from the dept counselling lost...it is just disappointing I had to go this far tho ...
Thank you to the complainant consultant that help , she was very professional and helpful.
But Still, I lodged a complaint against the business consultant and die branch manager for not trying to assist me in this matter . The consultant tried to contact me once . I called het back three time and sent watsapps for her to please give me a call back when she gets the msg . But to no avail...
BM did nothing....
I still dont have my business account or any communication from anyone wanting to help me proceed...

All I want is my bank account ...really guys this poor !
