Unprofessional service delivery
Opened a business account for forex trading. Account is on hold for more than a week. I've had to phone ***** department a hundred times and also emailed whatever documents required since day 1. Still no feedback. Very unprofessional ***** division

I feel like I'm working for them and I have to make calls for their attention and they will redirect your call to a blank external operator (Cisco solutions). They have no reason to Hold my business account and they are not worth banking with if you are an entrepreneur. They'll cause destruction to your business and keep blocking it. Not recommended
