Unprofessional service

I have a funeral policy for years with FNB so I finally claimed on sunday as my husband passed away. It's Wednesday evening and they are still " previewing" my claim after I asked them to escalate the matter as my husband passed away in a different province and I need to get there. Still nothing. I don't recommend getting an insurance with them.
