Unprofessional service at FNB

Poor service, on Friday I deposited money at FNB bank Nkomo branch, the machine Cancelled my transaction n take the cash, I get inside the bank asking for help they told me I should fill up the claim form n they give me reference number, and they told me that the money will be in on Monday morning boom Monday no money, I went to Pretoria North branch they told me that they didn't even capture your claim and they said I will get the money at 6pm yesterday, boom I wait n wait till today nothing when I get to Nkomo branch this morning they told me the person who is holding my case it's new by the name of Jacob's Virgil n when they try to call him he doesn't answer the calls, so this is too much but am not sure who is fooling who because they also told me that the guy he requested the new reference number for what I don't know I feel like they want to ***** my money and now I couldn't pay our debt orders because of them and when i was waiting for the manager to get back to me with the feedback lot of people coming there complaining about the same issue of mine, I think FNB has to recheck it's employees I see unqualified people. From 20 December 2024 now it's 24 December 2024.
